1 pound ground beef
2 cups beef broth
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
16 oz elbow macaroni
8 oz milk or heavy cream
16 oz cheddar cheese
4 oz American cheese
Saute ground beef and seasonings until crumbled and meat is no longer pink.
Pour in beef broth uncooked pasta and milk. Place pot on manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
Do a quick release and Stir in both cheeses.
